The online registration process for our gym will be explained below. The membership fees are to be settled via credit card only.

JOIN AS A
NEW MEMBER

Enrollment is exclusively conducted online. Upon registering your membership information, you can begin using the facility on the day of your visit. Simply present your membership card, and our team will be at your service to provide guidance on the facility and its usage guidelines.

Input information

  • Please proceed to the new member registration page by clicking the membership application button or the [SIGN UP] button in the menu.
  • Please enter your information in accordance with the form.

Select plan

  • Select your plan. Choose from the WEEK PASS, STANDARD, or ADVANCED plans.
  • Please make your selection from the available options, including the choice of personal lockers.
  • Please select your desired service start date. Please note that if you are enrolling in the current month, in addition to the enrolment fee, a fee will be charged based on the number of days remaining in the month you selected.

Payment

  • Please be sure that all contract information is correct.
  • Membership payments are to be settled via credit card only.
  • Upon finalising the payment, you may access My Page with your personalised login credentials.

FIRST VISIT

On your initial visit, we request that you familiarise yourself with the following details and arrive at the entrance between 11:00 and 22:30.

The enrollment process will take 15 minutes.

*Please note that the duration may vary based on the level of congestion at the time.

Verification

  • Requirements for Identity Verification Documents (ID Registration): Must have your current address written on it and be within the expiration date. Driver's license, driving history certificate, passport (with a column for holder's entry), insurance card, primary resident register card (with photo), special permanent resident certificate, residence card, my number card, and physical disability certificate.
  • As part of the identity verification process, we will request that you participate in an ID photo.

Visiting hours

  • Please visit between 11:00-22:30
  • Upon registration, gym admissions will be accessible by 7:00-11:00 as well.
  • The same applies to WEEK PASS users.
*Once registration is complete, we will give you a stainless steel membership card with an IC chip. This card will grant you access to Omotesando Hills from 7:00 to 11:00.
