1st SESSION

1st time

In the first session, we will provide counseling and confirm health conditions such as the ideal body desired by the customer, goal setting, etc., and consider age, exercise experience, etc., and propose a training menu tailored to each. Afterwards, practical guidance will be given by the trainer in charge. You can experience a fulfilling personal training experience with carefully selected training machines and the best environment that can only be experienced with LÝFT GÝM.

2nd SESSION

MEAL MANAGE
PLANS

The meal management plan not only changes the customer's body, but also provides services that change the future thereafter. Daily [diet management] is carried out in parallel with personal training. In diet management, after measuring body weight and body fat, we set menu plans and calories (PFC) according to the customer, and manage them to achieve goals. Furthermore, supplements will be provided according to the number of days you continue.
