※ Payment of monthly membership fees will be automatically billed at the end of each month, except when the prescribed withdrawal procedure or suspension procedure has been completed.

Summary

You will be required to pay an enrollment fee and monthly membership fee. Note that if you also use optional services, you will also pay for them. For details, please see the explanation of optional services below.

About the fee at the time of enrollment

At the time of enrollment, you will be asked to simultaneously pay the enrollment fee and the monthly membership fee converted on a daily basis from the start date of use until the end of the month. As of the end of the month, the next month's usage fee will be paid.

Admission fee: ¥22,000 (tax included)
Women get 25% off and it's ¥16,500 (tax included).

Monthly membership fee: A daily fee will apply from the first day of use until the end of the month. You can choose between the following 2 plans:

STANDARD PLAN: ¥22,000 (tax included)
Women get 25% off and it's ¥16,500 (tax included).

ADVANCED PLAN: ¥33,000 (tax included)
Women get 25% off and it's ¥24,750 (tax included).

The daily rate is calculated based on the number of days between the start date of use and the end of the month.

About daily rates

When enrolling, you will be charged an enrollment fee and a monthly membership fee for the contract month (converted daily based on the number of days remaining in that month).

The daily rate is calculated for each month based on the number of days in that month.

Example: In the case of STANDARD PLAN on 6/15
・Monthly membership fee (¥22,000 (tax included) ÷ 31 days x 16 days remaining = ¥11,355 (tax included)) and enrollment fee (¥2,2000 (incl. tax)) for the contract month (6 months)
・Pay a total of ¥55,355 (tax included) of the monthly membership fee (¥22,000 (tax included)) for the next month (July) at the time of application (6/15)
・Payment of ¥22,000 (tax included) for each month after the 3rd month (8 months or later) on the last day of the previous month (2/20, 3/20,...)

Payment of monthly membership fees

You can choose the monthly fee from the following 2 plans. A daily fee will apply from the first day of use until the end of the month.

STANDARD PLAN: ¥22,000 (tax included)

ADVANCED PLAN: ¥33,000 (tax included)
Women get 25% off and it's ¥24,750 (tax included).

As for the timing of payment, the monthly membership fee for the next month will be paid at the end of the month.

Payment method

You can pay with credit and debit cards.
Please note that other payment methods, such as bank transfers or cash register payments, cannot be accepted.

About the date of commencement of use

You can use it from the day you complete the enrollment procedure. However, if the ID application is not completed, the start date of use may be delayed. The desired start date of use can be selected during the enrollment procedure, and can be specified up to 30 days in advance. If you wish to change the start date of use, please apply according to the prescribed procedure.

Procedure for canceling a contract

When canceling the basic service usage contract, it is necessary to complete the cancellation procedure at the store. We cannot accept applications on the website, by phone, email, or fax. If the cancellation procedure is carried out by the 10th of the month prior to which you wish to cancel, the contract will be canceled on the last day of that month. If it is made on or after the 11th, the contract will be canceled on the last day of the following month.

We cannot accept cancellations during the month of enrollment, so we only accept cancellations after the following month. Also, if you join using the campaign, as a general rule, you can cancel your membership after the next two months. Depending on the applicable campaign, the timing at which you can unsubscribe may vary, so be sure to check the campaign terms and conditions.

Refunds

Enrollment fees and monthly membership fees cannot be refunded, except as stipulated in the Terms of Use or laws and regulations.

Contract cancellation fee

Please be assured that there are no fees associated with canceling the contract. However, if there are unpaid payments during the contract period, cancellation will be completed after payment is completed.

FREEZING MEMBERSHIP

About freezing membeship

Members can take a break after completing the prescribed procedures at the store themselves or through an agent who can confirm their legal authority. We do not accept requests via the website, phone, email, fax, etc. Also, you can use the suspension when you have exceeded 3 months of continuous use.

Procedure for freezing

The recess procedure can be carried out at the store reception desk by the 10th of the month before you wish to start the recess. If it is held after the 11th, it will be closed on the last day of the following month. Please note that “2,200 yen (tax included) /month” is charged as an adjournment fee.
*If you enroll during the campaign period, etc., the continuous use period and cancellation fees may differ.

Use of facilities during the recess period

You will not be able to use the facility during the recess period.

Maximum freezing period

You can specify an inactivity period on a monthly basis, with an upper limit of 1 year.

Unfreezing membership

Members who have been suspended will automatically return to basic services with the same details as before the day after the end of the recess period. However, it is necessary to pay the full amount of the following usage fees by the return date.

Monthly membership fee for the return month (divided daily by the number of days remaining in that month): During the recess period, you will be exempted from paying membership fees, etc.
However, during the recess period, a monthly recess fee of ¥2,200 (tax included) will be charged.

As for the first month of recess, payment is due by the 10th day of the month before the month you wish to be suspended, and on the last day of every month during the period of continuous recess after that month.
