It can be used in both front and back positions, making it the perfect machine to train your buttocks and quadriceps muscles.

Point 1: Face backwards against the machine and place your back and shoulders on the pat.

Point 2: Determine foot width in a position where it is easy to crouch.

Point 3: Remove the safety rack and perform squat movements.
