ダンベルを使ったトレーニングとは違い、左右の筋肉を均等に鍛えることができ、マシンに座って動作を行うことで腰に負担がなく背中を鍛える事ができます。

Point 1 : パッドに胸を押し当てられるように座席を調整します。

Point 2 : 胸を少し張りながら肘を腰あたりに向かって引く動作を行います。

Point 3 : 持ち手側の肘を体の横につけにいく動作を行うと、背中の筋肉を意識しやすくなります。肘は体の横以上には引かないようにしましょう。
