The seat, foot pads, etc. can be finely adjusted according to the physique. By lying on your stomach and stabilizing your body, you can effectively train the muscles (hamstrings) on the back of your thighs.

Point 1: Lie facedown in a position where your knees can be fully extended.

Point 2: When the ankle is set to 90 degrees, make sure that the pad rests firmly close to the ankle.

Point 3: Once you've fixed your body, raise your legs as if you were bringing your legs close to your buttocks, then take time to return to their original position.
