This machine can train the inner thighs (adductor muscles) and outer thighs (buttocks).
It is an ideal machine for strengthening the buttocks, which can perform exercises for both adductor and abductor muscles in one unit.
Point 1: Adjust the pad so that it hits your outer thigh and sit on the machine.
Point 2: Straighten your back and open your legs outward.
Point 3: When returning, keep your back straight and return to the original position.
