It is possible to adjust the seat and weight in detail according to the physique. When using the machine, you can change the area you train depending on where you place your foot.
Point 1: Adjust the backrest so that the angle of your knees is about 90 degrees when you place your feet on the footplate.
Point 2: Place your feet on the footplate slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
Point 3: Push the foot plate out until the knee is not fully extended.
