Since the chest pad is angled, it is easier to stimulate the latissimus dorsi muscles and can be trained from a position.
Point 1: Place your chest firmly against the pad to secure your upper body.
Point 2: Set the pad so that the lower body does not float.
Point 3: You can notice your back muscles by pulling your elbow on the handle side toward your pants pocket. Do not pull your elbow more than the side of your body.
