Point 1: Adjust the seat so that your upper body can be pressed against the pad.
Point 2: Pull your elbows while keeping your chest firmly on the pad.
Point 3: If you place your elbow on the side of the handle to the side of your body, it will be easier to be aware of your back muscles.
