Point 1: Adjust the position of the leg to the foot plate so that the knee angle is 90 degrees at the peak of the movement.
Point 2: Sit down and place the upper part of your back (shoulder blades) on the bench.
Point 3: The lock hits the abdomen, the belt comfortably rests on the lower back, and tighten the hip belt.
Point 4: Place both feet on the footplate, apply pressure from the middle of the heel and foot, contract your abs, contract your glutes, and start raising your hips as high as possible.
